Join Fr. Gerry Moore for an Advent Bible Study: The Clash of Two Kingdoms
Wednesday's in Advent, 1:15-2:30pm
Advent tells the story of two kingdoms in collision—the fragile power of this world and the unstoppable reign of Christ born in a manger. Advent reminds us of the moment when heaven’s true King entered a world ruled by darkness, sparking a quiet but decisive clash of kingdoms. Each week we will look at a different aspect of Christ’s entry into humanity and how he overcame the darkness and despair that greeted him. If you are unable to commit to all 4 studies – no problem. Come to one or more as your time allows.
With Advent a mere two Sundays away, I am a bit tardy in announcing that there will be an Advent bible study at St. George Cathedral on Wednesday afternoons from 1:15 to 2:30 PM. The dates are Nov. 26, Dec 3rd, Dec 10th and Dec. 17th.
Dates: Nov. 26, Dec. 3, Dec. 10, Dec. 17
Venue: The Cathedral Library
All are invited to attend the Midday Holy Eucharist (Bishop's Little Flock) at 12:15pm prior to these sessions.
