We have recently had reports from members of our congregation that they have received emails from Dean Doug and other cathedral clergy asking for a "favour," requesting that they purchase gift cards or urgently help them.

Cathedral clergy will never email you with such a request.

If you receive one of these emails, please email the office (office(at)stgeorgescathedral.ca) to let us know that you received it. Do not respond to the email or click on any links or files included.

Any requests for donations or support from the Cathedral will be communicated through the weekly newsletter, on our website, or during a service. When in doubt of a Cathedral email, double check that you are receiving it from an "@stgeorgescathedral.ca" address to ensure validity.
